Sun Dec 10, 2017 8:47 pm Censorship: YouTube removed our most popular video
Dear friends,
After being online for almost 3.5 years and viewed over 1.6 million times, our video, titled "Where is the REAL Apartheid in the Middle East?" was removed recently from our YouTube channel. YouTube management did it arbitrarily, without explanation, without allowing dialogue with a real person.
Since we created and uploaded the video, back in 2014, it has been received very favorably.
"Where is the REAL Apartheid in the Middle East?" was shared and mentioned on the media and on many websites. It was featured in the extremely popular Glenn Beck television show and on the show's website.
The Israel Video Network called it "The Most Revealing Video About The Middle East You Will Ever See."

In today's world, we enjoy more free speech than ever. With the power of the internet, a sole person with very scarce resources can reach millions and make a difference.
On the other hand, websites, search engines and social networks -- from Google to YouTube, from Facebook to Twitter -- are controlled by a few people with a vast web of commercial interests, whom the people did not vote for. They enjoy almost unlimited power. They can promote one side, while erasing the other. They do it at will, without any explanation. They are anonymous. It is almost impossible to contact them directly, to ask questions, to request clarifications.
Our video "Where is the REAL Apartheid in the Middle East?", was reviewed at least twice by YouTube in the past. After these revisions, it was approved with age restrictions. The last time this happened was in March 2017. Then, YouTube specifically wrote "After further review, we've determined that while your video does not violate our Community Guidelines, it may not be appropriate for a general audience. We have therefore age-restricted your video."
Six months later, without any changes to the video, YouTube review had a different result: "After further review, we've determined that your video is in violation of our Community Guidelines."
What changed over the last six months? Your guess is as good as ours. There is no email address, no phone number and of course no name. The decision of YouTube is final and permanent. Our video has been removed.
Help us fight censorship! Let YouTube know that the people have a right to know, that arbitrary censorship, which changes on a dime and for no clear reason, will not win out in the end.
